My love of design started as a kid with crayons. I never stopped doodling (hat-tip to Charles Shultz). In college I fell in love with bringing a design to life in the incredible canvas of a web browser. It’s been nearly twenty-five years since I made my first website on Geocities, and I never looked back.
My career has seen me as a freelancer, entrepreneur, designer, new-media developer, and front-end developer (UX dev). My lovely wife Kristi I have two amazing children.
In some web development communities, I am most remembered for my old responsive text demo which made the rounds a few years ago (here) which was written about on CSS Tricks here. My clients, peers and mentors have had some pretty amazing and humbling things to say about me, which you can read in my resume here: arleym.com/resume
