Hush Hush Kids

I was taking the city transit one day, and sitting in the back like a ‘cool kid’. There were about 15 of us packed back there and it was dead silent: we all had headphones on. It’s a little strange to think there could be so much privacy around so many people; we’re the headphone generation.
When you see old people at the mall they’re all talking and sharing about their lives. When you see young people they all march around avoiding eye contact listening to music.

I can’t believe I’m saying this: but sometimes it’s nice to not have music on.
If you see me on the bus ask me how my day was.
